Unravelling and weaving, sometimes simultaneously

Archive for January, 2016

You are a whisper
an idea
one of those random sparks
from static
that ignites the excelsior
kindling my mind

I put on the coffee
and there you are

I sort the colors from the whites
and there you are

I look around
really look around
and see the cobwebs
that have been there
for months

but suddenly
I want to sweep them down

Even not knowing you
just the concept of you
stimulates me
with an urge
to be better

and I realize
this is my dilemma
this is my paradox

I should feel this
without you
whoever you are
